To be eligible for a refund: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. The item must be returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required. The return must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Joynest reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet these conditions. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting details. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Joynest. Failure to report damaged items within the stated timeframe may result in denial of refund. Change of Mind Returns If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (including size, style, or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refund Method & Timeline Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account. Fraud & Abuse Protection Joynest reserves the right to refuse service, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, or excessive return patterns.
At Joynest, we are committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly. Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Joynest may delay the resolution process. In the event of a chargeback: Joynest reserves the right to provide order details, delivery confirmation, tracking information, communication records, and any other relevant documentation to the payment provider. If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or abusive, Joynest reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer. Customers are responsible for all valid charges associated with their order, including shipping costs for delivered items. False claims of non-delivery or unauthorized transactions may be reported to the appropriate payment processor.
